Sewerage and water pipeline networks Executed:

• Provided comprehensive sewerage system in Old city of Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation. Whichincludes 55kms of SWG Lines, 13kms of RCC lines, 3.5kms of PVC, DI, HDPE, 5000 manholes, 38MLD ASP STP.
• Provided infrastructural facilities to Vadlapudi (Rehabilitated) poor settlements in GVMC under JNNURM. Includes 49kms of SWG lines, 5kms of RCC lines,72 kms of HDPE water supply lines.
• Provided infrastructural facilities to Srinagar and Yathapalem (Rehabilitated) poor settlement in GVMC under JNNURM.
• Provided Under Ground Drainage facilities to different area in Vijayawada Municipal Corporation.
• Commissioned several sewerage networks for HMWSSB at Hyderabad.
• Provided comprehensive sewerage system to central part of Visakhapatnam city- under JNNURM Package –I.Includes 13MLD ASP STP, 2 Pumping Stations, 104kms of SWG, 10kms of RCC lines, 4800 manholes, 6.7 kms of DI lines and 3.5kms of HDPE.
• Commissioned sewer mains of 800/ 600/400mm dia RCC NP4 class pipes from BapughatNala to MPS in Hyderabad.
• Providing Infrastructural facilities to Kommadi Housing Colony South Sector under JNNURM scheme in Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation Area.
• Commissioned of 1800mm dia RCC NP3 class pipes of Overflow arrangement from Main pumping station to Nallah adjoining the site of Sewage Treatment Plant at Nallacheruvu, Uppal.
• We have executed Laying jointing testing of 2200 mm dia MS pipe line for 14500rmt in kdws Project in phase-I,HMWSSB.
• We have executed Laying jointing testing of 2200 mm dia MS pipe line for 13700rmt in kdws Project in phase-II, HMWSSB.
• Hussainsagar Lake and Catchment Area Improvement Project taken up by HUDA-Manufacturing, Supplying, Lowering, Laying, Jointing, Testing and commissioning of 1400mm dia RCC NP4 class pipes at Balanagar main from Airport at Fathenagar to proposed 1600mm dia Ring Main at Necklace Road Reach-II. Completed 3kms of 1400mm dia RCC NP4 pipe line. We used trenchless technology as well.
• Hussainsagar Lake and Catchment Area Improvement Project taken up by UDA-Manufacturing, Supplying, Lowering, Laying, Jointing, Testing and commissioning of 1400mm dia RCC NP4 class pipes at Balanagar main from confluence point of Jeedimetla and KukatpallyNala to the end of Airport at Fathenagar Reach-I. Completed 1 km of 1400mm Dia NP4 pipe line and I&D structure. We used trenchless technology as well.
• Construction of 5ML Capacity Sump and Pump House at Bonglur for providing water supply to FAB City and Hardware park. Completed the structure.
• Providing Inlet, Outlet & Distribution system to the 10ML GLSR at Shaikpet under Shaikpet Water Supply Zone in GHMC limits under JNNURM.
• Allabanda water supply inlet and outlet under HMWSSB.
• Manufacturing, Supply, Laying, Jointing, Testing and Commissioning of 800mm dia MS rising main from MugalkaNala pumping station to Inlet chamber at Attapur STP site.
• Manufacturing, Supply, Lowering, Laying, Jointing, Testing and Commissioning of 2200 mm dia RCC NP4 class trunk sewer main from common manhole for Duplicate K&S at Necklace Road – Package II.
• Manufacturing, Supply, Lowering, Laying, Jointing, Testing and Commissioning of 2375 mm dia MS trunk sewer main at kukatpallyNala –Package IV.
